February 9: Somatic Imagery to Relieve Stress and Anxiety
This is an ongoing series of three hour workshops for professionals focusing on special topics and deepening practice of an interactive style of guided imagery. Minimum of Level I training required.

February 16: Deep Imagination: A Gateway to Healing and Transformation
Growing neuroscience research documents the benefits of guided imagery, which taps into both the wounds and inner resiliency that often lie below the conscious level of awareness. This talk will bust common myths about imagery, present an overview of clinical applications and provide a brief experiential. Free and open to the public. February 25: Integrative Healing for Cancer Care
In collaboration with CPMC’s Bryan Hemming Cancer Care Center this free 8-week program supports people living with cancer and offers practical guidance utilizing scientifically-proven healing modalities. Topics include: guided imagery for immune support; stress management and restorative sleep; acupuncture; nutrition; Jin Shin Jyutsu; and yoga. Monday 10:15am – 12:15pm.
